Location: Crowne Plaza Hotel Rockville Washington, D.C. (formerly The Atrium Court Hotel)
Purpose: Hands-on training for working on initiatives in the Maryland General Assembly and other projects involving message framing and development, citizen lobbying, and/or volunteer organizing.
