Our lakes and grounds are spacious and the surrounding mountains and towering pines make it one of the most beautiful scenes I have witnessed in the millions of miles I have traveled in this country.
It could be an inspiring meeting place that might move us all to do great things, as certainly we must if this fragile planet is to survive.
It is my love for my fellow "man" and the creatures who are as innocent as the very best of us that motivates me. My wife Elinor is like minded , yet fearful of reprisals that we experienced in Ohio. I want to believe that those government officials were an exception to the rule and that those evil deeds will not be repeated here.
She is cooperative yet cautious. I am determined to the point of recklessness , yet convinced there is safety in numbers and ready to open A dialog geared to perhaps A conglomerate of Independents cross parties and others who know "change" is not just A word that attracts votes , but it is a process we must begin now and we cannot accept anything slow or superficial. It will not wait for another election season. Let's get together and do it!!!
